Eligibility

  1. Age limit 18-45
  2. Bhutanese Citizen
  3. Eligible candidates are requested to submit application via online portal RUB IMS (applicants are required to register and apply via http://ims.rub.edu.bt)
  4. For positions with Diploma qualification requirement: candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Diploma and 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects)
  5. For positions with qualification requirement of Class XII (and Class XII with certificate): candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects)
  6. For positions with qualification requirement of Class VIII: candidates must have a pass certificate

Document required

  1. Academic transcript for the required qualification
  2. Valid security clearance valid till the time of shortlisting
  3. Valid medical fitness certificate valid till the time of shortlisting
  4. Copy of CID ( Both the sided)
  5. Audit clearance for in-service candidate
  6. No objection letter for if employed (To be produce within 5 working days after the selection interview, if selected)

Shortlisting

  1. For positions with Diploma qualification requirement:

Aggregate’ has been calculated considering

  1. Academic performance:
  • 20% of Class X, 30% of Class XII and
  • 50% of Diploma
  1. Experience:
  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience
  1. For positions with qualification requirement of Class X + 2 yrs Certificate

Aggregate’ has been calculated considering

  1. Academic performance:
  • 40% of Class X and 60% of Certificate
  1. Experience:
  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5- 10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience
  1. Supervisory & Support Category (Entry at Position Level 13)

Aggregate’ has been calculated considering

  1. Academic performance:
  • 40% of Class X and 60% of Class XII
  1. Experience:
  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5- 10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience
  1. Position with Class VIII as qualification requirement:
  2. Academic performance:
  • 100% of Class VIII

2.Experience:

  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience

Note
1. The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization and the other one should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past/current employment record, both the referees should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
