Eligibility Criteria
The College’s past diploma graduates in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Forestry and, Food Inspection with overall aggregate mark of 50% and above can apply for the two-year nested BSc Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Forest Science and, Food Science and Technology.
Selection criteria
Selection will be based on combined aggregate of 50% each in the Diploma Program and in the Entrance Examination. Pass mark for all papers is 50%. Candidates must pass all the papers to be eligible for selection. Candidates securing 50% and above in combined aggregate will be ranked for selection.

If an applicant is employed in the civil service, then the candidate has to fulfill all the requirements of the Royal Civil Service Commission pertaining to in-service training.
Registration
Eligible and interested past CNR diploma graduates may register online for the entrance examinations. Registration is open from 21 December 2019 – 25 January 2020. The registration form can be availed from the CNR website (www.cnr.edu.bt). The duly filled form could be submitted online to Data Manager at drupchu@cnr.edu.bt.

Entrance examination
The Entrance Examinations will be conducted from 5 -7 February 2020, and will consist of three papers, namely, (i) English language, (ii) General Knowledge and General Science, and (iii) Technical paper.
While the question papers will be moderated by the Program Board of Examiners, the answer sheets will be double marked by the internal and external evaluators identified by the college admission committee.
Candidates should report to the college for document verification on 4 February 2020.
Document to be submitted
Applicants will have to submit the following documents at the time of Entrance Examination. Those failing to produce any of the documents listed below will not be allowed to appear the Entrance Examination.
- Diploma certificate (original).
- Diploma transcript/Mark sheet (original).
- One photocopy of Citizenship ID card.
- One passport size photograph.
- No objection certificate from the employer (if employed).
- Registration fee of Nu.1000.
