On invitation of the college management, an enriching seminar on the Leadership of the self was delivered to the staffs of the College on 15 December, 2021. Hon’ble Dasho Karma Tshelthrim, the former Chairman of the Royal Civil Service commission, a well-seasoned and an elite bureaucrat, keenly shared an in-depth insights on the “Leadership of the self,” a noble statement and a concern of His Majesty the King.
Dasho spoke on leadership which cannot be one single act but rather a life long journey that could positively impact the performance, employee continuum and the strength of an organization. He emphasized that everyone must cultivate a growth mindset requiring a conscience effort to make the most in your lives for the greater good of self. Leadership isn’t about power, authority or position but an intangible value, and therefore, everyone must display leadership wherever we are.
