All graduates registered to attend the 16th Convocation of the Royal University of Bhutan, scheduled for 12th June 2025 at the Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha, are kindly requested to collect their graduation gowns on 10th June 2025 from 10:30 AM onwards at the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Royal University of Bhutan, Thimphu.
A security deposit of Nu. 1,500 is required at the time of gown collection. Of this amount, Nu. 1,200 will be refunded upon return of the gown, while Nu. 300 will be retained as a gown usage fee.
All graduates are also required to attend a mandatory dress rehearsal on 11th June 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Multipurpose Hall, Royal Institute of Management, Simtokha.
We kindly request all employing agencies to grant necessary leave to graduates to facilitate their participation in the Convocation Ceremony.
