The selected candidate is required to report to College of Natural Resources on 2 November 2026 to complete the necessary appointment formalities. The candidate must also undergo a mandatory drug test, for which a fee of Nu. 300 will be charged.
The candidate is required to produce the following documents at the time of reporting:
- A copy of the Citizenship Identity Card (CID).
- Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.
- Three (3) legal stamps.
The candidate is advised to bring all the required documents to ensure the smooth and timely completion of the appointment formalities. Failure to produce the necessary documents may result in delays in the appointment process.
