The College of Natural Resources is pleased to announce a vacancy for the Farm Manger as given below details. Eligible candidates are requested to apply via the online portal RUB IMS (applicants are required to register and apply via https://ims.rub.edu.bt) latest by 15 January 2024, 5.00 PM.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

A candidate must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age
  3. Meets benchmark criteria:
  4. Meets experience and other requirements specified in the position profile

The applicants should submit the following documents;

  1. Copies of academic’s transcript and certificates
  2. Copy of Bhutanese citizenship Identity card
  3. Copy of security clearance
  4. Copy of medical certificate
  5. No objection certificate if employed

Eligibility:

  1. 60% aggregate (English + best 4 subjects) in class X
  2. 60 % aggregate (English + best 3 subjects) in class XII
  3. 60 % aggregate in general degree

 Shortlist for written Examination

The college will shortlist maximum of 20 applicants against each position for written examination based on merit of aggregate academic mark obtained in different level of education as given below;

Applications with incomplete documents or incomplete information in their application will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.

Shortlist for Viva Voce interview

The college will shortlist maximum of five candidates for viva voce interview solely based on their performance in the written examination in the order of merit. The date and venue for the viva voce will be announced only after the conducting integrity vetting by ACC

Note:

  • The two references in the online application should both be professional referees from two different organizations if employed. If there is only one or no past employment record, one or both referees can be from the College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
  • Selected candidates must produce a negative drug test certificate from BNCA.

NB: The selected candidate should sign an employee undertaking form during time of appointment (RUB Employee Undertaking Form)
