The College Celebrates Teacher’s Day 2022

Coinciding the Birth Anniversary of Late His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, the  College of Natural Resources joined the nation in celebrating Teachers’ Day. May 2nd is a very special day as it marks the birth anniversary of the Third Druk Gyalpo Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, which is also celebrated as the Teachers’ Day in Bhutan. This day is dedicated to every single teacher and to celebrating the teaching profession.

Clean Wash Laundry Service on the campus

CNR campus has established Clean Wash Laundry Service which sets up and operates coin-operated laundromats on the college campus. The facilities that are provided are unique and first of their kind in the country. The clean wash service assures quality, reliability, and most importantly efficiency.

Call for PhD Scholarship Applications

The College of Natural Resources, Royal University of Bhutan, Lobesa, Punakha, in Collaboration with Tarayana Centre for Social Research and Development (TCSRD) of the Tarayana Foundation, is pleased to announce one scholarship for PhD in Climate Studies commencing in July 20, 2022. The scholarship is part of the B-KIND Programme (Bhutanese Knowledge for Indigenous Development) funded by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Government of Canada. The areas of research supported by the B-KIND scholarship include: climate change, organic agriculture, holistic food systems, gender equality and wellbeing, and sites focus on any of the districts of Gasa, Wangdue and Punakha.
