Eligible Criteria
- The candidates must possess a minimum average of 65% in their previous semester (fall semester July-Nov 2022).
- The candidate shall not have been subjected to any disciplinary action and have no misdemeanor records by the college.

Note:
- For the Choekhobling campus residence councilor, the selected male or female has to shift their room to choekhobling campus if they are residing on upper campuses. The candidate with the highest vote will be elected as residence councilor for the Choekhobling campus.
- The students in their second year of the ECS program are ineligible to contest for the positions of Chief Councilor and Residence Councilor due to being the first cohort to complete a four-year program. However, they are eligible to contest for the position of Secretary for this semester.
