General Eligibility criteria

A candidate must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese citizen
  2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age
  3. Meets benchmark criteria:
  4. Meets experience and other requirements specified in the position profile

The applicants should submit the following documents;

  1. Copies of academic’s transcript and certificates
  2. Copy of Bhutanese citizenship Identity card
  3. Copy of security clearance at least valid till the time of shortlisting
  4. Copy of medical certificate at least valid till the time of shortlisting
  5. Audit clearance if employed
  6. No objection certificate if employed

Eligibility for Academics position

  1. Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 60% in Bachelors degree.
  2. (Note: criteria will not apply for those with minimum of five years relevant experience)

Shortlisting Criteria

Aggregate’ will be  calculated considering Academic performance:

  • 15% of Class X, 25% of Class XII and 60% of Bachelors degree
  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with relevant Masters degree and 10 bonus points awarded for those with PhD
  • Experience: 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than

Eligibility for Estate In-charge

  1. For positions with Diploma qualification requirement: candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Diploma and 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects)

Shortlisting criteria

  1. Aggregate will be calculated based on the following Academic performance:
  • 20% from Class X
  • 30% from Class XII
  • 50% from Diploma

Experience:

  • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5- 10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience

Eligibility for Personal Assistant Position

  1. For positions with qualification requirement of Class XII (and Class XII with certificate): candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects)

Shortlisting criteria

Aggregate’ will be  calculated considering Academic performance:

  • 40% of Class X and 60% of Class XII
  • Experience: 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5- 10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than

Eligibility for Driver

  1. For positions with qualification requirement of Class VIII: candidates must have a pass certificate

Shortlisting Criteria

  • 100% of Class VIII
  • Experience:5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience

Eligibility for Gardener

  • No qualification requirement

Shortlisting Criteria

Aggregate’ will be  calculated considering

  • Experience: 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience

Written Examination for Academics Position

  • Minimum of 20 applicants will be shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria set above for written exam which will be held on 24 July 2026 at 10am.

Shortlist for Viva Voice interview

The college will shortlist maximum of five candidates for viva voice interview solely based on the the eligibility criteria for the administrative position and maximum of five will be shortlisted for academics based on the written exam” Date for the selection interview will be announce later

Note:

  • The two references in the online application should both be professional referees from two different organizations if employed. If there is only one or no past employment record, one or both referees can be from the College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
  • Selected candidates must produce a negative drug test certificate .
