The application should be accompanied by the following documents
- Academics transcript (Degree, XII and X) for librarian position
- Copy of Class VIII Passed certificate for driver
- Copy of valid driving license for driver
- Copy of security clearance valid until the time of selection interview
- Copy of valid citizenship identity card

- Audit clearance if employed
- No objection letter if employed
Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in Bachelors degree (honours)/60% in Bachelors degree (general).
(Note: criteria will not apply for those with minimum of five years relevant experience)
A maximum of 20 applicants will be shortlisted for the written test for the position of Assistant/Librarian. Subsequently, a maximum of 5 applicants will be shortlisted for the final selection interview based on their performance in the written test
The maximum of 5 applicants will be shortlisted for selection interview based on the following for the post of driver.
- Academic performance of class VIII
- Experience:
- 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to an applicant with relevant experience and for the driver position the preference will be given to the candidate with light, medium and Heavy driving license

1. The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization and the other one should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past/current employment record, both the referees should be from the School/College/University where the highest qualification was obtained.
