The students coming from RED ZONE, who could not get into quarantine facility on time and
are likely to get delayed to report to the college, are allowed to report one or two days late.
However the student must inform the Dean of Academic Affairs (Dr. Tulsi Gurung) via mail at
Tgurung.cnr@rub.edu.bt or Officiating Dean of Student Affairs (Mr. Jigme Sherab) at
jigmesherab0@gmail.com
