1.  Student Personal Items required

Students will require the following items when they are reporting to the college:

A. Students admitted in the programmes of: B.Sc. in Sustainable Development, B.Sc. in Environment and Climate Studies,  B.Sc. Food Science and Technology:

  1. Kabney/Rachu
  2. Gho/Kira
  3. Sports outfit
  4. Beddings (including mattress, quilt/blanket, pillow with covers)
  5. Cooking utensils (Rice & curry cooker/boiler/ plate & mugs, cups, spoons, ladles) 
  6. Mosquito net
  7. Toiletry items (tooth brush with paste, soap with case and others)
  8. Bucket with jug
  9. Patang (knife) for men/sickle for ladies
  10. Spade (medium sized) without handle

B. Students admitted in the programmes of: B.Sc. in Agriculture, B.Sc. in Animal Science , B. Sc. in Forestry  and B.Sc. in Organic Agriculture:

  1. Kabney/Rachu
  2. Gho/Kira
  3. Sports outfit
  1.   Beddings (including quilt/blanket, pillow with covers)(matress is provided by college) 
  1. Mosquito net
  2. Toiletry items (tooth brush with paste, soap with case and others)
  3. Bucket with jug
  4. Patang (knife) for men/sickle for ladies
  5. Spade (medium sized) 

 

2. Requirement of Field Training Equipment

In addition to items listed above students must bring the following items for field visits and excursions. 

  1. Haversack / Rucksack 
  2. Sleeping bag 
  3. U-foam mattress 
  4. Rain coat and Gumboots
  1. Working/Field dress (Green coloured trousers and shirt, arrangement will be made 

     after registration for the programmes at the college, each student will pay the cost of    

    working dress)

NOTE: 

All new students have to open an account with Bank of Bhutan and submit to Student Service Officer for deposition of monthly stipend on time.
