1. Original Class 12 Marksheet and Transfer Certificate (TC).
\n2. Original Diploma Marksheet and Certificate.
\n3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Human Resource Committee (HRC) of your current employer (if applicable).
\n4. A clear copy of a valid Identity Card.
\n5. Two recent passport-size photographs.<\/p>\n

Important Instructions:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Deadline: The submission deadline of February 6, 2026,\u00a0 is strict. Non-submission or delayed submission of the complete documents will result in the cancellation of your candidature.
\n\u00b7 Standby Candidates: The opportunity will then be offered to candidates on the standby list. Standby candidates will be notified individually and will be given one week from the original deadline to submit their complete document set. Therefore, all standby candidates are also strongly advised to keep the aforementioned documents ready for immediate submission.
\n\u00b7 Withdrawal: If you wish to withdraw your seat, please inform Ms. Drupchu Zangmo via official email at\u00a0dzangmo.cnr@rub.edu.bt<\/a>\u00a0at the earliest. This will allow the opportunity to be passed on to a standby candidate promptly.<\/p>\n
