  1. Academics transcript (Degree, XII and X) for librarian position<\/li>\n
  2. Copy of Class VIII Passed certificate for driver<\/li>\n
  3. Copy of valid driving license for driver<\/li>\n
  4. Copy of security clearance valid until the time of selection interview<\/li>\n
  5. Copy of valid citizenship identity card<\/li>\n
  6. Copy of medical certificate valid until the time of selection interview<\/li>\n
  7. Audit clearance if employed<\/li>\n
  8. No objection letter if employed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in Bachelors<\/strong> degree (honours)<\/strong>\/60% in Bachelors degree (general).<\/strong><\/p>\n

    (Note:<\/strong> criteria will not apply for those with minimum of five years relevant experience)<\/p>\n

    A maximum of\u00a020 applicants<\/strong>\u00a0will be shortlisted for the\u00a0written test<\/strong>\u00a0for the position of\u00a0Assistant\/Librarian<\/strong>. Subsequently, a maximum of\u00a05 applicants<\/strong>\u00a0will be shortlisted for the\u00a0final selection interview<\/strong>\u00a0based on their performance in the written test<\/p>\n

    The maximum of 5 applicants will be shortlisted for selection interview based on the following for the post of driver.<\/p>\n

    1. Academic performance of class VIII<\/li>\n
    2. Experience:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5-10 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n
      • 10 bonus points awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Preference will be given to an applicant with relevant experience and for the driver position the preference will be given to the candidate with light, medium and Heavy driving license<\/p>\n

        Note<\/strong>
        \n1. The two references in the application form should both be professional referees from two different organizations, if employed. If there is only one past\/current employment record, one referee should be from that organization and the other one should be from the School\/College\/University where the highest qualification was obtained. If there is no past\/current employment record, both the referees should be from the School\/College\/University where the highest qualification was obtained.<\/p>\n
