The candidate with the highest vote will be elected as residence councilor for the Choekhobling campus.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>The students in their second year of the ECS program are ineligible to contest for the positions of Chief Councilor and Residence Councilor due to being the first cohort to complete a four-year program.
