In the event a candidate is selected and does not join the College on time, their appointment shall be cancelled.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For in-service candidates, the basis for assigning higher positions will be the prevailing rules for\u00a0lateral entry\u00a0<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: selection, the roles and responsibilities of staff will not be limited to the position profile of individual positions but will also be guided by\u00a0Representative Work Activities (RWAs)\u00a0for each position.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual intake number will depend on the performance(s) of candidates in the final selection interview<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A candidate must:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be a Bhutanese citizen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 50 years of age for the Associate\/Assistant Lecturer position<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age for the Farm Manager position<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meets benchmark criteria:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with Masters\u2019s Qualification (and above) must have a minimum aggregate of 50% each in bachelor\u2019s degree and master\u2019s degree for Associate\/Assistant Lecturer<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates with bachelor\u2019s degree qualifications must have an aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + Best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + Best 3 subjects), and 55% in\u00a0bachelor\u2019s degree (honors)\/60 of % in\u00a0bachelor\u2019s degree (general).\u00a0(Note:\u00a0criteria will not apply for those with a minimum of five years of relevant experience at professional positions) for all the positions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the applicants with bachelor\u2019s and above qualifications, the relevancy of a bachelor\u2019s qualification will be considered in addition to relevant masters\/PhD\u00a0qualifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meets\u00a0experience and other requirements specified
